List a home on VeriNest
We verify you once, then check each home before it goes live: we visit it, and we call the landlord (or, for your own property, check your papers). Tenants pay through the app, so you never chase money.
- I'm an agentList homes for the landlords you work with. You give us each landlord's name and phone number, and our team calls them before the home goes live. You earn two thirds of the VeriNest fee on every rental.
- I'm a landlordList your own property for free, always. You get the full rent, paid to your bank after the tenant moves in.
To verify you, we ask for your phone number, a photo of your ID, a selfie and the bank account we pay you into. Only the VeriNest team can see your ID.
